How do I claim a Jibble discount?

Learn how to claim your exclusive Jibble discount available for new subscribers from Malaysia, Philippines, or India.

If you’re new to Jibble and from Malaysia, Philippines, or India, or if you’re already using the Free plan in one of these countries, you’re eligible for a limited-time special discount valid for the first 3 years from the date of your first invoice.

To be eligible for the Jibble discount, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your company is registered AND operating in Malaysia, Philippines, or India
  • You have not previously signed up for a paid Jibble plan OR
  • You are currently using the Free Jibble plan

The discount is valid for the first three years from the date of your first invoice.

Claiming the discount

To claim your Jibble discount, please follow these steps:

  1. If you don’t have a Jibble account, sign up and create a free account.
  2. Reach out to our customer support team via live chat or email at, providing the following information:
    • Your Jibble organization details, including email address and contact information.
    • Your preferred subscription plan (Premium Monthly, Premium Annual, Ultimate Monthly, Ultimate Annual).
  3. Provide documentation to verify that your company is registered and operating in one of the eligible countries (Malaysia, Philippines, or India). These documents may include business registration certificates, tax identification documents, or utility bills showing your company’s address within the eligible country.
  4. Once the support team verifies your eligibility and documents, the discount will be applied to your Jibble organizaiton.
  5. Log in to your Jibble account on the web and head over to Organization > Subscription.Subscription tab under Organization settings
  6. If your Jibble organization is under a Free trial, click on Manage plan and select the plan you would like to continue on after your trial ends.Manage subscription plans on web
  7. Confirm the number of seats/users to purchase. Read more about billing calculations.
  8. Click on Add payment method and enter your credit card details.Add payment method to subscribe to a paid planNote: If your Jibble organization is on a free trial, you will not be charged until your trial period ends.
  9. If your trial period has already ended, you will be able to upgrade to a paid plan by entering your credit card details.
  10. The discounted amount will be reflected upon successful check out on your invoice. If you encounter any issues or have questions, don’t hesitate to contact for assistance.


  1. Can I upgrade my free plan and still claim the discount?

Yes, you can upgrade to a paid plan and still be eligible for the discount as long as you meet the eligibility criteria.

  1. How long does it take to process my discount claim?

The processing time varies, but you can expect to receive confirmation within a few business days after submitting your documents.

  1. Can I claim the discount if I’m not from one of the eligible countries?

Unfortunately, the discount is only available to customers operating within Malaysia, Philippines, or India.

  1. Can I claim the discount if my company employs individuals in the eligible countries?

Yes, companies headquartered outside of the eligible countries can still qualify for the discount if they provide proof that at least 90% of their Jibble users are based in Malaysia, Philippines, or India.

  1. Is the discount applicable to all Jibble plans?

Yes, the discount applies to all Jibble plans for both new customers and existing Free plan users.

  1. Can I claim the discount for past invoices?

No, the discount cannot be applied retroactively. Once the first invoice has been generated, you are no longer eligible for the discounted rate.

  1. What happens after the initial three years?

After the initial three years, the discount will expire, and your plan will automatically switch to the regular rate. However, we strive to offer competitive pricing for customers even after the discount period. While we cannot confirm a specific price at this time, we can assure you that the rate will remain lower than our standard (US) pricing.
