Create an account and join your organization to start tracking time in Jibble

Jibble is a time tracking software for organizations to track time for attendance and productivity. Joining your organization or team on Jibble is a simple process whether you’re a new user or already familiar with the app. This guide will walk you through the simple process of getting set up on Jibble’s web app.

❗️ Important: You can only join an organization if your manager has sent you an invite. If you have not received an invite, talk to your manager.

Types of invites

Depending on your organization’s preferences, you may receive invitations to join Jibble via these methods:

  1. Email/Phone Number Invitation:
    1. Accept or decline invitations via your Jibble account page.
  2. Direct Link:
    1. A direct link will be shared with you to join your organization.

Joining as a new user

If you’re new to Jibble and have received an invitation to join your organization, follow these steps:

Email/Phone Number Invitation
  1. Go to https://web.jibble.io/signup.
  2. Click on Sign up today.Signing up to Jibble on web
  3. Enter your full name, email address or phone number and set a password.Adding details to create account on webNote: Ensure that the email or phone number used matches the one your manager invited you with.
  4. Click on Create Account.
  5. On your account page, you will see a list of pending invitations.Accepting invites via account page on web
  6. Click on Accept to join your organization on Jibble.
  7. You’re all set – welcome to Jibble!

Note: If you were invited via an email address, you will also be able to accept the invitation directly from your email.

Direct Link
  1. Locate the invitation link sent by your manager in your email, chat app, or any other messaging platform.
  2. Tap on the link.
  3. You’ll be directed to the Jibble web app signup page.
  4. Enter a password and enter any additional details.
  5. Click on the Create Account button to finalize your registration and join your team on Jibble!

Joining as an existing user

If you’re already a Jibble user and need to join a new organization, follow these steps:

Email/Phone Number Invitation
  1. Go to https://web.jibble.io/login.
  2. Log into your account.Logging in on webNote: Ensure that the email or phone number used matches the one your manager invited you with.
  3. On your account page, you will see a list of pending invitations.Accepting invites with existing organization on web
  4. Click on Accept to join your organization on Jibble.
  5. You’re all set – welcome to your new organization!

Note: If you were invited via an email address, you will also be able to accept the invitation directly from your email.

Direct Link
  1. If your organization has provided you with a direct link to join, simply click on the link.
  2. If you’re already logged in, you’ll see a prompt to confirm your joining to the new organization.Confirmation prompt to join organization
  3. Click on Confirm.
  4. You’ll be directed to the Dashboard of the new organization.
  5. If you’re not currently logged in, enter your details on the screen.Entering details to join organization
  6. Click on the Create Account button.
  7. You’ll see a prompt that an existing email is being used.Email already registered prompt
  8. Click on Login and proceed to login using the credentials of your existing account.
  9. You’ll see a prompt to confirm your joining to the new organization.Confirmation prompt to join organization
  10. Click on Confirm.
  11. You’re all set – welcome to your new organization!
