Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for the free Jibble features, PayrollPanda customers must STRICTLY meet one of the following criteria:

  • Your organization was created in PayrollPanda due to the migration from the old version of PayrollPanda to the new version of PayrollPanda OR
  • You are currently subscribed to PayrollPanda’s Pro plan

Activating Jibble’s advanced features for free

To unlock Jibble’s advanced features at no cost, ensure you have a Jibble account already created.

Once you meet the eligibility criteria above and integrate your PayrollPanda account with Jibble, the advanced features will activate automatically.

Important ❗: If you cancel your PayrollPanda subscription or disconnect the integration, your organization will lose access to these advanced Jibble features. Other features available in Jibble’s Free plan will remain accessible.

After connecting your PayrollPanda account with Jibble, you’ll have access to all features on Jibble’s Free plan, plus access to these advanced features:

 

1. Support 

  • Live Chat Support: Get help directly from the Jibble team via live chat for any questions or issues.

2. People & Roles

Assign roles and customize permissions for control over your team’s structure.

  • Admins & Managers: Create an unlimited number of admins and managers.
  • Customized Leave Permissions: Control which team members can approve, reject, or manage leave requests.
  • Positions: Create an unlimited number of positions to organize roles.

3. Group Management

Create, assign, and manage groups to structure your team and streamline leave workflows.
