Invoice statuses

Each invoice in Jibble has a status that shows its current stage in the billing process. Invoice statuses help you track progress and control what actions can be taken on an invoice.

  • Draft – The invoice is still being prepared and has not been sent. Draft invoices can only be marked as Sent.

  • Sent – The invoice has been sent to the client and is awaiting payment. Sent invoices can be marked as Paid when payment is received, or Void if the invoice is cancelled.

  • Paid – Payment has been received. No further changes can be made to the invoice.

  • Void – The invoice has been cancelled and is no longer valid. No further changes can be made.
