What are the different subscription plans?

You can choose from a free plan and two different paid subscription plans with two different pricing methods

We have four subscription plans available: Free, Essential, Growth, Pro.

For the paid plans, they can be paid either monthly or yearly. For more information, check out the different plans we offer.

  • The free plan is great for essential time tracking and timesheets

  • The paid plans give you access to more powerful features such as multiple work schedules, custom groups, advanced restrictions and a lot more

  • Time tracking, kiosk mode, facial recognition and GPS tracking are features that will always stay free

Go to Organization Settings > Subscription > Manage plan to check out the different plans and make changes to your subscription.

Free plan

The Free plan is our most popular plan and comes with all core features for time tracking and timesheets:

Clocking in/out:

  • Clock in/out via mobile, web, desktop, kiosk, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Chrome extension
  • Create manual and hour-based time entries
  • Offline time tracking for mobile devices
  • Add time entries on behalf of others
  • Time tracking rules based on your organization’s workflow
  • Receive notifications & alerts when there are wrong/suspicious time entries
  • Receive time off notifications and overtime alerts
  • Receive daily and weekly email updates (personal and team)
  • Capture screenshots during tracked time with customizable resolutions, stored for up to 3 days and taken at 10-minute intervals
  • Verify in/out entries with facial recognition prevent buddy punching (mobile and kiosk devices)
  • Capture selfies for verification.
  • Automated facial recognition (recognize team members as soon as they stand in front of the camera) in kiosk mode
  • Verify identity using a kiosk PIN
  • NFC time tracking
  • Verify identity using RFID
  • Clock in and out using QR code time tracking

Location tracking:

  • Clock in/out with GPS locations whenever someone tracks time from their phone so you know where time was captured
  • Enable max. 2 geofences. Team members can only clock in/out when they are within range of a specific GPS location

Geofence automation:

  • Automatically clock team members in and out when they enter or leave a predefined work location

Timesheets and reports:

  • Set hourly rates for members for accurate payroll calculations
  • Link projects to clients for better cost tracking
  • View and adjust payroll hours as needed
  • View report export logs for tracking generated reports
  • View change history logs to monitor updates made to timesheets
  • Export timesheets for payroll processing
  • Export tracked time for reporting and analysis

Activity, project and client tracking:

  • Create and track time by activity.
  • Create custom projects for specific locations and assignees to track time against

Log-ins:

  • Secure accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Log in using single sign-on (SSO).

Schedules:

  • Set up 1 Work schedule for your team members (Find out how to manage work schedules).
  • Set up advanced overtime rules, calculations and custom breaks which will be automatically calculated into your timesheets.
  • Configure break allocations.

Leave management:

  • Create and manage leave policies for your organization. 
  • Set up and configure public holidays for accurate time off tracking.

Kiosk types:

  • Use the basic, face recognition, NFC, and QR kiosks.
  • Set up and manage 1 onsite kiosk for your organization.

Integrations:

Essential plan

The Essential plan is great for teams with multiple departments, offering enhanced location restrictions and customizable accrual rules for time off policies. In Essential, you will have access to all free features, plus:

Groups and permissions:

  • Create and manage groups with their own time tracking rules and permissions. Read more about all things related to managing people
  • Assign members by group and manage activity assignments
  • Configure organization-level permissions
  • Assign up to 3 admins and 5 managers

Time tracking:

  • Enable desktop auto clock in/out
  • Auto clock out support for desktop
  • Configure additional time tracking restrictions like PIN verification or activity selection
  • Capture screenshots during tracked time with custom resolutions, stored for up to 3 days and taken at 10-minute intervals
  • Receive clock in/out reminders and end-of-break reminders
  • Get alerts for face recognition mismatches and face data changes
  • Receive notifications when members are running late
  • Receive overtime notifications
  • Require activity or project selection when tracking time
  • Set default activity or project for mobile, kiosk, and desktop

Location tracking:

  • Set up to 10 geofences for location-based tracking
  • Use geofence on kiosk devices

Facial recognition:

  • Use facial recognition on mobile (V2) and kiosk (V3)
  • Enable instant facial recognition upon detection in kiosk mode

Schedules:

  • Create up to 3 work schedules
  • Assign schedules by member or group
  • Set overtime rules and automated deductions
  • Enable location-specific scheduling

Timesheets and reports:

  • Manage pay periods and approve timesheets
  • Adjust payroll hours manually
  • Lock timesheets after approval

Leave management:

  • Manage multiple leave calendars

Kiosks:

  • Set up and manage 3 onsite kiosk for your organization

Other:

  • Access live chat support and product demos
  • Use multilingual support in the app and Help Center

Growth plan

The Growth plan is designed for growing teams that need more flexibility, automation, and deeper insights. It includes all Free and Essential features, plus:

Time tracking:

  • Enable desktop sleep and lock detection for more accurate tracking
  • Store screenshots for up to 1 month and capture them at 5-minute or 10-minute intervals

Location tracking:

  • Set up unlimited geofences for location-based tracking

Schedules:

  • Create unlimited work schedules for your organization

Timesheets and reports:

Leave management:

  • Set up advanced leave workflows with multi-level approvals
  • Configure leave accruals and carry forward policies
  • Generate detailed leave reports

Kiosk types:

  • Use speed face recognition for faster check-ins
  • Set up up to 10 onsite kiosks

Other:

  • Assign unlimited admins and managers
  • Access API for custom integrations and automation

Pro plan

The Pro plan is built for larger organizations that require unlimited scalability across management, permissions, and advanced location tracking. It includes all Free, Essential, and Growth features, plus:

Time tracking:

  • Enforce device lock for secure access and tracking
  • Store screenshots for up to 12 months with capture intervals of 2, 5, or 10 minutes and customizable resolutions

Location tracking:

  • Enable live location tracking for real-time visibility of your team

Facial recognition:

  • Enhance security with face spoofing detection

Schedules:

  • Create unlimited work schedules for your organization

Timesheets and reports:

  • Create unlimited work schedules for your organization

Leave management:

  • Configure custom approver permissions for time off requests

Kiosk types:

  • Set up unlimited onsite kiosks for your organization

Other:

The payment method

If you subscribe to any of our paid subscription plans you have to purchase a fixed number of seats (users).

Annual and monthly plans:

When you purchase an annual or monthly plan, you purchase a fixed number of seats (users) for your organization for a 12-month period (annual) or a 1-month period (monthly).

Seats can be “filled” by user profiles. Removing a user profile will make a seat available again.

Annual plans are about 30% cheaper than monthly plans.
