Resmi tatil olan \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc, izin s\u00fcresi hesaplan\u0131rken dikkate al\u0131nmayacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Tatil G\u00fcnlerini Hari\u00e7 Tut<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cTatil g\u00fcnlerini hari\u00e7 tut\u201d ayar\u0131n\u0131n etkinle\u015ftirilmesi, izin s\u00fcrelerini hesaplarken atanm\u0131\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131n\u0131za g\u00f6re belirlenmi\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmayan g\u00fcnleri hari\u00e7 tutman\u0131za olanak tan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u00d6rne\u011fin:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diyelim ki bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fcnden ba\u015flayarak 7 g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir izin talep etti. \u201cTatil g\u00fcnlerini hari\u00e7 tut\u201d ayar\u0131 etkinle\u015ftirildi\u011finde ve hafta sonlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131nda tatil g\u00fcnleri veya dinlenme g\u00fcnleri olarak i\u015faretlendi\u011finde, sistem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n kalan izinlerinden yaln\u0131zca 5 g\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015fer. Bu kesinti, Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc ve takip eden Pazartesi&#8217;den Per\u015fembe&#8217;ye kadar olan g\u00fcnleri i\u00e7eren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma g\u00fcnlerini hesaba katar. Cumartesi ve Pazar g\u00fcnlerinden olu\u015fan hafta sonu, izin s\u00fcresinin hesaplanmas\u0131nda dikkate al\u0131nmayacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Bordro saatleri<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u00dccretli tazminatlarla birlikte izin s\u00fcresi eklendi\u011finde, bordro saatleri zaman \u00e7izelgelerine ve raporlara eklenecektir. Bordro saatleri i\u00e7in hesaplamalar, bir ekip \u00fcyesine atanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131na dayanmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b><b>G\u00fcnl\u00fck sabit program:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Belirtilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerine dahil edilen izinler (\u00f6rn. sabah 9 &#8211; ak\u015fam 5 = 8 saat) bordro saatlerine g\u00f6re hesaplanacakt\u0131r. Bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 20 g\u00fcnl\u00fck Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u0130zin hakk\u0131na sahipse, 1 Mart&#8217;ta 20 g\u00fcn\u00fcn tamam\u0131n\u0131 alacakt\u0131r.
