no se permiten fechas pasadas ni actuales.<\/li>\n<li>Si una nueva regla se solapa con otra existente, la regla antigua se ajusta autom\u00e1ticamente para terminar antes de la nueva.<\/li>\n<li>Las entradas manuales con horas de inicio y fin se redondean; Estas reglas archivadas se conservan como referencia, pero ya no influyen en los c\u00e1lculos de tiempo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f3mo funciona el archivado:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una re<\/span><\/span>gla se archiva cuando tanto su fecha de inicio como de fin est\u00e1n en el pasado.<\/li>\n<li>Solo las reglas activas y futuras aparecen en la vista principal de Redondeo de tiempo.<\/li>\n<li>Las reglas archivadas no se pueden editar, pero puedes consultarlas para referencia hist\u00f3rica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Nota<\/b>: No se pueden archivar manualmente las reglas activas. Si ya no necesitas una regla en particular, ajusta su fecha de finalizaci\u00f3n para que deje de aplicarse en el futuro. Y si quieres eliminar el redondeo de tiempo por completo, simplemente desact\u00edvalo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para ver las reglas archivadas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve a <\/span><b>Control de presencia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y selecciona <\/span><b>Redondeo de tiempo.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: una vez que se aprueba una hoja de horas de un periodo de pago, las entradas de tiempo no se recalculan ni se ajustan mediante el redondeo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><b>Hojas de horas reabiertas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: si reabre una hoja de horas aprobada que sea posterior a la fecha de inicio del redondeo, las entradas de tiempo se recalcular\u00e1n y redondear\u00e1n seg\u00fan las reglas de redondeo actuales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><b>Hojas de horas anteriores al redondeo<\/b><span
